Visual Description of Artwork
A black and white sixteen by twenty-inch digital print from an original 35mm photograph. Taken from a very low viewpoint, three quintessential 70s manual wheelchair users with beards, a puffy vest and striped pants. Their demeanor is stoic reflecting the inevitability of their cause. In the mid ground is an African American sign language interpreter. The San Francisco Federal Building is in the background.
